Things to Know & FAQ
Your virtual 5K Run/Walk must take place between Saturday, October 24, 2020 and Sunday, November 29, 2020.
Your completion of the 5k Run/Walk can be logged by entering into the “Results” page on this site. Select the option to submit results between Oct 24th and Nov 29. If you don’t wish to list your time, there is an option to simply show completion as well.
All registered participants logging the completion of the virtual 5K Run/Walk will receive a Commemorative 5K T-shirt and Finisher Medal. Once you log the completion of your participation in the 5K, your T-shirt and finisher medal will be sent within 2 weeks.
Due to the range of ages and athletic abilities, the Victory for Veterans Virtual 5K Run/Walk is not a race. 5K participants will only be logging that they completed the 5K Run/Walk.
Yes, all athletic abilities are welcome!
The registration fee is nonrefundable and non transferable. The good news is that your registration fee will go directly to helping at-risk Veterans and their immediate families.
Funds raised from the event go to directly benefit homeless and at-risk Veterans and their immediate family with programs and services to attain/retain permanent housing and achieve a healthy, independent lifestyle.
